What does a repaired Meiller ISAR 3 remote control cost?
- A fully repaired and tested Meiller ISAR 3 costs €450 net plus a €200 deposit. You get the deposit back in full after returning your old device – the effective price is therefore €573.50 incl. 19% VAT. For each additional old device you receive €50 buy-back.
Can I order several devices at once?
- Yes, you can request up to 5 repaired remote controls in one order. Use the form on the home page – the cost is calculated live.
Is a repaired ISAR 3 as reliable as a new one?
- Every repaired remote control is fully tested and ships with a 12-month warranty on its function. For the vast majority of operations the refurbished ISAR 3 is the more economical, equivalent alternative.
Deposit & buy-back
How does the deposit system work?
- When you buy, you pay a €200 deposit per device. Send your faulty old device back to us — in any condition — and we refund the deposit in full. This keeps the repair fair and sustainable.
What condition does my old device need to be in?
- The condition doesn't matter. Whether faulty, damaged or heavily worn — we take back every old device and refund the full €200 deposit. For each additional old device you receive €50 buy-back.
Can I send in several old devices?
- Yes. Besides the deposit exchange we buy additional faulty remote controls. For each additional old device you receive €50 each — fast and straightforward.
Shipping & warranty
How long does shipping take?
- After payment we ship your repaired remote control within 1–3 business days, worldwide. Within the EU there are no customs charges; outside the EU import duties may apply in the destination country. So you're back up and running quickly.
Do you ship the Meiller ISAR 3 worldwide?
- Yes. We serve businesses and private customers worldwide and ship internationally. We're based in Herne, Germany; everything is handled by post.
What does the warranty cover?
- You get a 12-month warranty on the function of the remote control, counted from the shipping date. Excluded is damage from improper use or external impact such as water or drops. If a functional fault occurs within this period, we inspect and fix it free of charge.
Technology
Do I need to pair the repaired ISAR 3 after receiving it?
- That depends on the receiver unit on the vehicle. If it's intact, you pair the new remote once. If you have questions, we'll help you by phone.
The remote doesn't respond – what to check first?
- First replace the batteries and test from a short distance. If the device still doesn't respond, there's an electronic fault – send it in for diagnosis.
What affects the radio range?
- The main factors are battery condition, metal obstacles in the line of sight, other nearby transmitters and the state of the antenna. Weak batteries are the most common cause of reduced range.
