The ISAR 3 exists in different versions that can differ in radio frequency and configuration. Anyone buying a replacement should know this. The good news: you do not have to figure out the details yourself.

Why the frequency is crucial

Transmitter and receiver unit communicate on a fixed radio frequency. If the two sides do not match, no reliable connection is established no matter how often you pair. That is why matching before buying a replacement is so important.

How to find your version

The most important details are on the type plate on the back of the remote and on the receiver unit on the vehicle. Photograph both labels. These photos are usually enough for us to clearly determine the matching version.

Matching before every shipment

Before a replacement device leaves our house, we match radio frequency, power supply and configuration with your details. That way you avoid wrong purchases and unnecessary downtime. This matching is included in the price of 450 euros net.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change the frequency of the ISAR 3 myself?

No, the frequency is part of the device version and not meant to be changed by the user. What matters is that the replacement matches the receiver unit from the factory.

What happens if the versions do not match?

Then no stable connection can be paired. That is exactly why we check compatibility using the type plate and photos before we ship.

Do other radio devices interfere with the ISAR 3?

Strong transmitters in the immediate vicinity can interfere briefly. Permanent interference from other devices is rare. If the connection stays weak, batteries or a fault are usually the reason.
