What you need for the replacement
For the replacement to fit reliably, we need the details of the receiver unit on the vehicle, ideally as a photo of the type plate. From that we determine the matching ISAR 3 version and match radio frequency and configuration before shipping.
Pairing to your vehicle
You pair the new device once to the receiver unit. The procedure takes a few minutes and is described in the Meiller manual. If you have questions about commissioning, we help by phone until the control runs.
Deposit without an old device
Our deposit system relies on the return of the old device. If the remote is lost, you cannot send in an old device, so the 200 euro deposit is not refunded. If you have other faulty devices, we buy them at 50 euros each, lowering your costs.

As long as the remote is paired to your receiver unit, in principle yes, within radio range. To be safe, have a specialist workshop re-pair or reset the receiver unit.
How fast do I get a replacement?
After payment we ship within one to three business days, worldwide. With the receiver unit details we verify the fit beforehand.
Do I get the deposit back without an old device?
No, the refund requires an old device to arrive. However, you can send in any other faulty ISAR 3 device, the condition does not matter.
