The international process
- Order a repaired ISAR 3 via the form (price plus deposit).
- After payment we ship worldwide, usually within 1–3 business days.
- Send your faulty old device back to us by post – in any condition.
- Once it arrives, we refund the deposit in full.
Customs & import outside the EU
Within the EU, goods move freely – no customs. For shipments outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply in the destination country, depending on local rules. We include all necessary documents (invoice, customs declaration). For the return of your old device, please mark it clearly as a "returned goods / repair" shipment to avoid unnecessary charges.
