A shipment is prepared quickly, and with a few minutes of preparation everything runs smoothly afterwards: no queries, fast assignment, prompt deposit refund. You should tick off these points before sealing the box.
The checklist in detail
First: remove the batteries, they do not belong in the parcel. Second: include a note with your name, phone number and order number, which speeds up the assignment enormously. Third: pack the device with padding in a sturdy box. Fourth, if a diagnosis is desired: add a short fault description.
Why the fault description is so helpful
Sporadic dropouts, weak range or a silent button: the more precisely you describe the behaviour, the more specifically we test. Also note when the fault occurs, for example only in the cold or after longer use. Two or three sentences are completely sufficient.
After shipping
As soon as your parcel arrives, we assign it to your order and refund the 200 euro deposit. For diagnoses we get back to you with a clear assessment and a fair quote. You can reach us by phone at any time if you have a question in between.

No problem: your name, company name and phone number are usually enough for the assignment. If in doubt, give us a quick call before shipping.
Can I send several devices in one parcel?
Yes, gladly. Pad the devices individually so they do not damage each other and include a list of the devices.
