Why the exchange system is faster
With a classic repair you send your device in and wait for diagnosis, repair and return shipping. With the exchange system it works the other way round: you first receive a fully tested replacement device and send in your faulty one afterwards. The actual repair time no longer affects you at all.
The schedule in detail
After your order and receipt of payment we ship within one to three business days. Pairing on the vehicle takes only a few minutes. As soon as your old device arrives, we refund the 200 euro deposit in full. From failure to a ready-to-use tipper, usually only a few days pass.
A few more days internationally
With worldwide shipping the carrier transit time is added, outside the EU possibly customs handling. We include all necessary documents. Our shipping guide describes the exact process for international shipments.
